Unlike Slack, Discord, or WhatsApp, Chatter has no persistent message history, no user accounts, and no server reading your messages. What happens in the room stays in the room — and then disappears entirely.

How to Start a Private Chat

  1. Click New chat to create an encrypted room.
  2. Share the room code or link with the people you want to invite.
  3. Participants click Join chat and enter the room code.
  4. Messages are end-to-end encrypted — only people in the room can read them.
  5. When everyone leaves, the room and all messages vanish permanently.
